To the family of

Gail M. Barnes

From:  Message
Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. We offer our most sincere condolences for your loss.
Scott Poole (son-law) Dear, Chris, Michelle, Sean, and Pat- I'm so sorry that your mother has passed away. She was a wonderful person to be around. I will miss her dearly but will never forget how she loved to get together with her family. The way I met mom Barnes was so funny. I had already met and started to date Michelle. The time came to meet the parents so I went to pick Michelle up and before I was introduced Gail took one look at me and immediately shouted " You, dear God Michelle this is the guy that closed the store up early so I couldn't get my salt for the cullingan machine". I started to sweat purfusly as I wanted to walk out of the house. I did stay and face the music and eventually she forgave me. At that point it was all good. If you need anything or have any questions please let me know. I will be happy to do what I can. Scott
Bob and Carol Poole We are so very sorry for your loss. Gail was a wonderful person and mother. She will certainly be missed.
Patricia Trent Don, I am So Very sorry for the loss of your Partner and Best friend💔 Gail was a sweet and loving woman who brought joy to you as well as you did bring to her🌟 I never met her children but I do know how much she loves them and dedicated her life to them💖 I feel so blessed to have been able to get to know her and see her when she visited you! She was always fun to be around and I am sure she will be watching out for you from above 🌈 You both were there for each other as it should be❤️ Please let me know if there is anything you need. When I think of Gail I think of the Dionne Warwick song That's What Friends Are For, as she definitely was the Love and Light of Your Life as you were to her also🙏🏻

William John Gossage, Jr. Gail was a wonderful person and loved my many. She was always full of life and at times very funny. My late wife Valerie and I would often visit with Gail and her late husband Timmy and their children at Christmas time. We were all good friends. My heart felt sympathy goes out to Gail's daughters, Chris and Michelle and her sons, Sean and Patrick our god-son.
Brandon Poole (Grandson) Words cannot describe the kind of person my grandmother was. My grandmother was the strongest person that I know of. She was taken too soon, and loved too much. A true animal lover, and a true family soul. Rest In Peace and you may enter the gates of heaven peacefully.

Mackenzie Ms. Gail, Why did you have to leave this place so soon? You kept my pop pop in line, you helped him with meals, taking care of him, you were his best friend, his girlfriend someone he could joke with. You were such a firecracker but that was the best thing. I'll never forget all the advice you gave me on relationships and how well I was doing. God gained a great angel. Rip Ms. Gail.
