To the family of

James Hillen Johnson

From:  Message
Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. We offer our most sincere condolences for your loss.
Christine Calvert King My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I had the pleasure of caring for two of Mr Johnson’s dogs over the years as well as being his neighbor. He was always cheerful and happy to get a visit when I was out walking my dog. He will be missed.
Frances Yuhas I unfortunately did not know Mr. Johnson well but he was a an inspiration as one with a "can do"attitude and a friendly hello to a walking neighbor. That will be a fond memory for me.
Ferd & Linda Germershausen We will miss our next door neighbor of 15 years. We were not expecting this as the last time we saw him outside, he seemed well. We did not know of his circumstances then. We always enjoyed seeing him in the yard feeding the birds, and cleaning up the yard. He was a good neighbor and we shall miss him. God Bless you Hillen. Linda & Ferd
Barbara (Bobbi) Bennett I was so sorry to hear about Hillen. He and Mamie were two of the very nicest people you could ever meet. I so fondly remember them at some of Moms party’s in the club basement. I still have some of her old movie pictures that they are in. It brings a smile to my face ever time I view the old movies. We would exchange greeting cards for various occasions throughout the year. I will miss picking out special cards to mail. My deepest sympathy to the family and loved ones.
Betty Drain and Family Hillen has been our friend for over 60 years. He and Mamie, a loving couple, gave us many fun times and wonderful memories throughout the years. He was always a soft spoken man with kind words for all. Hillen loved the water, whether it be on a boat, beach or just enjoying the surrounding scenery. Together they also enjoyed traveling. I had been out of state, so it was a complete shock to read of his passing. He will be missed, but never forgotten.
