From:  Message
Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. We offer our most sincere condolences for your loss.
Geoffrey Lear Rest peacefully on the waters of your Chesapeake, it's smooth cruising forever more.
Michael and Jan Garahy Our hearts are broken. Vance was such a perfectionist and we loved him and we appreciated his skills. He made us laugh so hard—what a story teller! Vance was so brave in the last year. Gina, he loved you so much. He repeatedly told us, “the Girl needs a break.” He appreciated everything you did for him. Please let us know how we can help, if possible. Love to you all!
Jim and Diane Otradovec Vance was never one to sit still, pacing back and forth with a cigarette and a beer (or Captain's punch) in his hand, making us laugh hysterically with his funny stories. He liked his music loud, most of all the Rolling Stones, channeling his inner Mick Jaeger. We shared some great times boating with Vance and Gina. Vance cherished every minute on the water often proclaiming, "this is good living." Vance, here is to "good living" in the afterlife. We will miss you.
Bill and Marge Schinnerer Our thought and prayers to the family. Vance lived with gusto and loved his Chesapeake Bay. Smiles and crabs will be our fond memories forever. Save a place at the table for us Vance.
Tom Albrecht Vance was a nice man, met him at the Royal Farms getting coffee in the morning or at the Home Depot getting supplies. RIP my friend, my prayer's go out to your family.
Bill Hanna So sad to hear of Vances's passing. Condolences to Gina, Ms.Linda , Erin, Kristin, Steve and Scott. I met Vance when I was about 10. I think I spent more time in his house then I did in my own as a teenager, Ms. Linda was always a gracious host, and Vance certainly picked that up. As teenagers cruising the streets of Pasadena we certainly knew how to have fun (ask Gina)! People who hear the "Pinehurst boys" were coming to a party and say well, its gonna be a night! And Vance was always the ringleader! Rest in peace my friend...
The Foley Family Dear Gina, Erin, Kristin, Aunt Linda, Steven, Scott & family - peace and comfort to you all.
John Fogle Sincerest thoughts and prayers to Vance's family. I grew up with hhim from elementry to high school. Football in the lot between his house was just one of the good times I remember with hi.. Just a great guy good friend. So long my friend. Just like on the bus, "Save me a seat".
