To the family of

Arthur "Otts" L. Smith

From:  Message
Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. We offer our most sincere condolences for your loss.
Scott Smith The man who taught me right from wrong, how to work hard and treat others with respect passed away on Easter morning. From friends of years past to present conversations, he passed away with vivid life memories still in his mind. He never lost his wit and humor. He was the type of person that could say an entire thought with just one word because of the expression on his face. Over the last year, I was blessed to spend every day with Dad. I will cherish that time always.
Glenn and Phyllis Lewis As I was growing up My Uncle Otts was a man who smiled a lot. He liked having fun playing pool in the basement and teaching me some of his tricks. He cared about my Moms car when we visited. She always looked up to him for oil changes and how to take care of her car. I will always remember the family get togethers. He would light up the grill while all the adults talked and the children played. These were the good old days I will always remember. Love you Phyllis
Ms. Sharon Madairy (God daughter) My condolences to the family. I loved Uncle Otts and Aunt Cass. I cannot be present I do not drive any more. You are all in my heart. You are all in my prayers. Mary Beth Buckley Like the others who left messages before me, I have fond memories of Uncle Otts. I recall every now and then he would let me play pool with him and the boys. Visiting was always a great time and he will be missed. My thoughts, love and prayers go out to all of you!
Mike & Marie Mazanek Scott, Jimmy & Steve - we are truly sorry for your loss, and pray for your Peace in the hope of a new life for Uncle Otts with our Lord - Peace! M&M
Joyce and Dave Joynes Uncle Otts and Aunt Cass have always been very special to me. As a little girl Cass would babysit me and I would tell her that she had to marry my uncle. They both have always had a special place in my heart. It seemed Uncle Otts always had a smile. After I married, my husband would enjoy talking with him about their time in the Navy and the destroyers they were on. Even though I've not seen him for some time he was always in my thoughts and prayers.
Rachel (Srock) Levesque May you rest well Great Uncle Otts and always be surrounded by love and light. May the family and friends that you’ve left behind on this earth find peace during their time of grief as they reflect on all of the memories they have made with you.
