From:  Message
Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. We offer our most sincere condolences for your loss.
Michelle Mangold Words are useless right now. I will miss seeing him every year at the retirement dinner. We laughed so hard this year and I'm thankful I had the opportunity to talk to him. Great thing about knowing someone for so long when we see each other it's like no time has passed. We talked like it was just a day has passed. Lean on the people that love you and know he is filling heaven with that laugh. I'm so sorry he was ripped from your life but he's protective and will always be watching over you guys.

Howie Thompson About a year ago, I ran into to Jay for the first time since we walked acrossed the graduation stage together back in 1983. He was exactly the same. A charismatic friend with a huge smile and warm welcome. We must have talked for over an hour catching up and exchanging well wishes. It was such a treat to see him and I'm glad I did. He will sure be missed. I offer my deepest sympathies and condolences to the family. I would like to end this note with one of Jay's most infamous quotes that will forever go down as one of the best quotes of all in Northeast history. "Who put snails on my plate!"
