Dianne Tabor I will never forget Bob's fantastic hugs, beautiful singing voice, incredible memory to knowing all the words to the songs, playing cards with his family and friends, and of course pickles. It was truly a blessing to have known Bob and Edie. I love them and will never forget them
Edward Rome Barlow Your dad to me was my dad in so short of time that I knew him.H e called me his son that first day I met him and for that he will always have a spot in my heart. T o my brothers he's better now, he's where he wants to be with your mom. He will be missed but never forgotten.
Barry Schweitzer My Uncle Bob was born at the beginning of the Great Depression, life was hard, living in a small house with 3 older brothers, in Nazareth Pa. By the time he was 12 his 3 Brothers (Walter, Wilbert, & Gilbert went off to do their part in WWII. 4 years later they would return, soon after that he (17 years old) asked his parents to sign for him to go into the U.S. Navy, which they did. This proved to be a good choice, not easy, but good. As he and his family traveled the world, I didn't get to see them very often, but when they would come home it was special, very special. Uncle Bob was my role model, every thing that I saw him do, he always did it to the best of his ability, He was a true Leader. I will miss his wit & wisdom. My life is better because he was in it. Till we meet again.
Darryl Schweitzer My Great Uncle Bob was great not only in title but as a person. Anytime he would come into a room he would brighten it up with his beautiful personality and for a really tough room he have those delicious pickles. I have many fond memories with Uncle Bob and know that anybody that interacted with him became better for it. He has left this world after making it a more loving and better place.
Dan Statkus My sincerest condolences to you and your family for your loss. I am unable to make it to the service, but know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
