  • On March 24, 2009 at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, MD Aniya Nicole Burnside was born to Antonio Sebastian Burnside and Ashley Nicole Hylock.

On August 22, 2012 at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, MD Avery Levi Henderson was born to Ashley Nicole Hylock and the late Steven Albert Henderson, Jr.

On March 1, 2014 Aniya, Avery and Steven were chosen by God to be his Angels.  We may never know why God called them home at such early ages but we do know that God needed them most.

Aniya and Avery were so happy just to be in each other’s presence.  Aniya was such a good big sister to Avery; you would have thought Aniya was Avery’s second mother.  Aniya attended Curtis Bay Elementary for Pre-K.  Aniya loved school very much.  She loved when her Dad came to school with cupcakes and juice for her entire class.  Aniya loved to play dress up as a princess while Avery was the great escape artist.  Avery would crawl downstairs and try his best to get out the front door.  Avery loved to play with his truck that his Pop-Pop got him and let’s not forget how Avery always wanted to play fight fight with his dad Steven.  Last but not least we can’t forget how they both would sit in front of the TV and watch Sponge Bob, laughing loud and enjoying each other’s company – that brother and sister love that never can be replaced.  Rest easy little Angels.

Steven Albert Henderson, Jr. was born in Los Angeles California on December 16, 1991 to Regina Groce and the late Steven Albert Henderson, Sr.  He attended high school in Baltimore, MD at Augusta Fells Salvage Institute of Visual Arts.  He graduated in 2010.  He was employed at Dicks Sporting Goods as a footwear consultant.  His favorite color was yellow and loved food, playing video games, and spending time with family.
