  • Judith A. Henningsen, 73, a 15 year resident of Punta Gorda, FL and formerly of Pasadena died on August 1, 2014 at her residence.

    She was born on August 29, 1940 in Baltimore, MD to the late Alfred and Catherine Martin.  She was raised in Riviera Beach and was a member of the first graduating class of St. Jane Francis Catholic School.  Mrs. Henningsen was a cafeteria manager for Severna Park High School for over 20 years, retiring in 1994.  She enjoyed playing bingo, family time and playing cards with her family.

    In addition to her parents, Mrs. Henningsen is preceded in death by her brother David Martin.

    She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Franklin L. Henningsen, four sons; Ronald K. Henningsen and his wife Sharon of FL, Gerard B. Henningsen of Pasadena, Mark G. Henningsen and his fiancée Kim of Pasadena, and Wayne D. Henningsen and his fiancée Karen of Pasadena, one daughter Lisa A. Henningsen and her fiancé Brian of Pasadena, her daughter in law Wendy Henningsen of Pasadena, her brother Tim Martin of DE, six grandchildren; Kristen, Robbie, Brittany, Shelby, Chase, and Brooke and two great grandchildren Landon and Jayden.

    Friends may call on Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:00 AM on Friday at Our Lady of The Chesapeake Catholic Church 8325 Ventnor Road, Pasadena, MD 21122.  Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
