  • Yousaf Emmanuel, 66, a 12 year resident of Brooklyn and formerly of Pakistan died on February 18, 2015 at University of Maryland Medical Center.

    Mr. Emmanuel was born on May 3, 1948 in Pakistan to the late Emmanuel Fazaldin and Inayat Bibi.

    Mr. Emmanuel moved to the United States after retiring from the banking industry in Pakistan.  He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.  He volunteered at Helping Hands.  Mr. Emmanuel enjoyed gardening, helping others and spending time with his grandchildren.

    He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Permilla Yousaf, his sons Amar and Ashir Yousaf, his daughter-in-laws Uzma Sher-Yousaf and Shahraz Ashir, his brothers Benjamin and Ilyas, his sisters Gogi, Naju, and Babi, and his grandchildren Mehek, Aarsh, Seth, Wafa, and Isabella.

    Friends may call at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. on Saturday from 11:00 to 12:30 PM.  A mass of Christian burial will be held that same day at 1:30 PM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Severna Park.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn.  Memorial contributions may be made to the church or to Helping Hands.Yousaf Emmanuel, 66, a 12 year resident of Brooklyn and formerly of Pakistan died on February 18, 2015 at University of Maryland Medical Center.
