    Jacqulynn "Jackie" C. Foy, 9, a life long resident of Pasadena died suddenly on December 24, 2008 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

    She was born on January 21, 1999 in Annapolis, Maryland to Michael and Mary Foy (nee Weber).

    Jacqulynn was a fourth grade student at Lake Shore Elementary School.

    She attended Lake Shore Baptist Church and New Beginning Church.

    Jacqulynn enjoyed being creative, crafts, drawing and martial arts. She was a very independent and mature for her age.

    Jacqulynn is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Foy and her maternal grandfather Jerome Weber, Sr.

    She is survived by her father Michael Foy and step-mother Cathy Foy of Pasadena, her brothers Michael II and Nicholas Foy both of Pasadena, her sisters Ashley Dorsch and her husband Wayne of Pasadena, Sarah Foy of Odenton, Alicia Shaffer and her husband of Pasadena, and Savannah Foy of Pasadena, her paternal grandparents Wayne and Diane Foy of Pasadena, her maternal grandmother Dolores Webber of Crofton, her step-grandparents Jack and Marlene Burns of Crofton, and her nephew Isaac Bostic, and numerous aunts and uncles.

    Friends may call on Sunday and Monday from 3:00 to 5:00PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, PA 3111 Mountain Rd. Pasadena. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday 1PM at Lake Shore Baptist Church. Interment Glen Haven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to New Beginnings Church C/O Jackie Foy to help defray the cost of the final expenses.
