  • Anthony "Tony" Malinowski, 70, an 8 year resident of Delaware and formerly of Pasadena died on January 28, 2016 at the Christiana Hospital.

    He was born on March 15, 1945 in Baltimore, MD to the late Casimer and Frances Malinowski.  He graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1964.  Mr. Malinowski served honorably in the US Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran.

    He worked as a sheet metal worker for the local #100, then a welder for BFI, and retired from the Baltimore Marine Industry as a sheet metal worker and welder.  

    Mr. Malinowski was a member of the American Legion, the Delaware Food Bank, St. Vincent DePaul Society, and the Chesapeake Christian Center in Pasadena.  

    He enjoyed working with his hands to fix things and especially liked wood working.

    In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Rita Goffus.

    Mr. Malinowski is survived by his wife Victoria "Vicky" Malinowski, his daughters Antoinette Happel of Hanover and Frances Malinowski of Glen Burnie, his son Anthony "Tony" S. Malinowski of Catonsville, his adopted daughter Eugenia Grimes of Hanover, his brother Leon Malinowski of Glen Burnie, and 5 grandchildren; Crystal Devlin, April Happel, John Happel, Rachel Malinowski, and Danielle Grimes.

    Friends may call on Monday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A.  where a celebration of life will begin at 8:00 PM.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with the cost of the funeral.
