  • Walter E. Robinette, 50, a lifelong resident of the Pasadena and Glen Burnie area, died suddenly on May 9, 2016 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

    Walt was born on November 20, 1965 in Anne Arundel County, to Aloha and the late Bobby Robinette.

    Walt graduated from Glen Burnie High School, Class of 1983, Walt then entered the US Marines where he served honorably for 4 years.

    Walt worked as a Pump Operator for Belfast Valley Contractors for 18 years.

    Walt was actively involved in youth sports and was an incredible coach and it is evident from the tremendous outpouring of love and support that will be remembered by all!

    He was an extremely active member of the Buccaneers Athletic Club and served on the Board of Directors. He was an extraordinary mentor for youth sports in the Pasadena community.

    Walt was an avid hunter, he enjoyed watching college sports and spending time with friends.

    He is survived by his wife of 15 years Barbara Robinette, his sons Andrew, Kody and Tyler Robinette, his daughter Logan Robinette, mother Aloha Randolph, step-father Frederick Aaron, Brother David Estrin and sister Toy Garfield.

    In addition to his father Walt is preceded in death, by his daughter Layla Robinette and his brother Eric Robinette.

     A memorial gathering will be held at the Reserve at Two Rivers on Saturday, May 14, 2016. Family welcomes adult friends between the hours of 1:00 to 6:00 PM to stop in and celebrate Walt’s life.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Andrew’s Educational Fund.
