Howard L. Frank, 82, a resident of the Baltimore/Pasadena area died on May 13, 2016 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.
He was born on January 4, 1934 in Baltimore, MD to the late Luther and Marie Frank.
Mr. Frank graduated from Southern High School, Baltimore in 1952 and then served honorably in the US Army in the mid 1950’s.
He worked as a supervisor for Procter and Gamble and then for Ms. Desserts retiring in the late 1990’s.
He was a member of the Glen Burnie Moose.
His hobbies included fishing, boating and woodworking. He was an avid sportsman.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife of over 40 years, Margaret Frank.
He is survived by his sons Kevin Rebstock and his wife Laura of Pasadena and Kraig Rebstock and his wife Karen of Glen Burnie, his daughters Angela Vlakos of Pasadena and Karen Benbrik and her husband Aziz of Glen Burnie, his sister Dianne Emerick of Arizona, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
