  • William "Bill" Lettau Jr, 75, a resident of Glen Burnie since 1966, died Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

    Mr. Lettau was born September 1, 1941 in Baltimore, MD to the late Helen and William Lettau Sr. 

    Mr. Lettau attended St. Joseph High School in the late 50's. He graduated from Mergenthaler Vocational Technical School in the early to mid 60's. He served in the US Navy from 1960-1962. Mr. Lettau formerly worked at Westinghouse and moved to Northrup Grumman where he worked until retiring in the early 2000's. He was a scoutmaster for troop 474 of Harundale in Glen Burnie in the mid 90's. When in boy scouts, he recieved the rank of Eagle in the late 50's. He was known as a perfectionist. 

    Mr. Lettau is survived by his wife of 17 years, Angela Lettau, sons James Lettau of Glen Burnie, Jacob Harmon of Arizonia, brothers Joseph Lettau and wife Terri of Manchester, nephews Jeff Lettau, Shane Lettau, Chad Lettau, Kyle Lettau, niece Danielle and grandaughter Cierra Harmon. 

    Friends may call Monday, November 14, from 6-9 PM at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122.
