  • Isabelle M. Beagel, 95, a resident of Glen Burnie, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018 in her home. 

    Ms. Beagel was born December 18, 1922 in Glen Burnie, MD to the late Elander and Pamella Hagins. She graduated from South Baltimore High School. She went on to work for Arundel Federal Savings and Loan until her retirement in 1984 after 33 years of service. She was a member of the Odenton Chapter of Eastern Star and Poplar Ridge Seniors Club. She was a member and attended Community United Methodist Church. She liked to bowl and enjoyed golfing up until 2012. 

    In addition to her parents, Ms. Beagel is preceded in death by her first husband of 41 years Clarence Edward Wilder, second husband of 20 years D. Joseph Beagel, daughters Clarin Chaplin, Diana Jones and granddaughter Denise Jenkins. She is survived by her  sister Yvonne J. Parks of Pasadena, grandchildren Karen Miracle, Debra Wilkinson, Kimberly Miller, Tina Goebel, Tara Simpson, 14 great grandchilren and 11 great great grandchildren. 


    THE VISITATION FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 21ST HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

    Friends may call Thursday, March 22nd from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 and Friday, March 23rd  from 10:00 am - 11:00 am with a service starting at 11:00 am at Community United Methodist Church, 8680 Fort Smallwood Road, Pasadena, MD 21122. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park at 3:00 pm.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation at National Kidney Foundation Serving Maryland and Delaware, Heaver Plaza, 1301 York Road, Suite 209, Lutherville, MD 21093
