  • Charles "Chuck" A. Arnold, 89, a resident of Pasadena for over 67 years died on April 19, 2018 at his residence.

    He was born on January 20, 1929 to the late Howard A. and Ethel I. Arnold.  Chuck was born and raised in Baltimore, MD.

    Mr. Arnold served honorably in the US Army.

    In the1950's he worked for his in-laws at Klug's Grocery Store as a meat cutter and drove a school bus for Jubb's Buses.  He also worked as a meat cutter for Foodfair which became Pantry Pride and Farmfresh retiring in the early 1990's.

    Mr. Arnold was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and the Meat Cutters Union.

    Chuck was a Baltimore Colts and Orioles fan.  He was on a bowling league in the 60's and 70's and he enjoyed gardening, his home, and his dog Minnie.

    In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers William, Howard, and Robert Arnold.

    He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Frances M. Arnold, his son Jim V. Arnold and his wife Deborah of Pasadena, his daughters Janice M. Arnold and her partner Janet Schumacher of Crownsville and Patricia L. Boyer and her husband Ed of Annapolis, sister in laws Patruchia Arnold, Jackie Arnold and Clara Love, and his granddaughter Victoria Arnold.

    Friends may call on Monday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM.  Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake 90 Ritchie Highway Pasadena, MD 21122
