    Lelia Lockerman Brumwell Kinsley, 87, a life long resident of Pasadena died on October 18, 2010 at the Mandrin Hospice House.

    She was born on May 6, 1923 in Pasadena, Maryland to the late Walter J. and Margaret Lockerman.

    Mrs. Kinsley was a 1941 graduate of Glen Burnie High School and the Hixon School of Floristry where she became a certified florist.

    She worked with disabled children for Anne Arundel County Public Schools for 25 years until her retirement in 1986.

    Mrs. Kinsley was a life member of Magothy United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was also a member of the Red Hats, and the Ferndale Herb Club.

    Her hobbies included collecting things, sewing, and gardening.

    Mrs. Kinsley is preceded in death by her first husband of 20 years, E. Victor Brumwell, her second husband of 30 years, Roy Kinsley, her son Michael Brumwell, and her brother James Lockerman.

    She is survived by her son E. Victor Brumwell of Bloomsburg, PA, her daughters Debbie Sears of Gambrills and Tammy Brumwell Bresnahan of Arnold, her step son Douglas Kinsley of Annapolis, her step daughter Vivian Hay of Wellington Kansas, her sister Peggy A. Hood of Odenton, 13 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

    Friends may call on Thursday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, PA. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at Magothy United Methodist Church at 11:00 AM. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake.
