  • Traci (French) Arndt, 42 of Pasadena, and a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines, died in
    her sleep on June 18th at her parent's home in Pasadena.  Traci was born March 25th, 1966
    at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore tipping the scales at 41/2 pounds -She was always very small featured.  She attended Gibson Island Country School, various area Christian schools and graduated from Chesapeake High School in 1985.  She held a variety of jobs and used her many talents of cooking, sewing, custume design, crafting, scrapbooking, floral design, and
    wedding design to bless many people.  She enjoyed travel, helpingpeople and especially her furry adopted "child" Precious.
    She is preceded in death by grandparents: Joe & Lillian French Sr. and Howard & Elsie
    Johnson; first husband, Jay Sherman and niece, Lydia Clair Cumberland.
    Survivors include parents, Roger & Carol French, Step-grandfather, Rev. R. Eugene May,
    aunts, uncles and cousins; three sosters, Nicole Cohen & husband Paul of Ellicott City,
    Danielle Cumberland & husband Kelly of Mt Airy, Melinda french & her fiance Jason Stokes
    of North carolina, and Roger T. French Jr. & his fiance Elisa Haarbrink of Colorado Springs, CO.  three nieces and five nephews enjoyed their "Super Aunt Traci".
    Friends may call on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM where funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM.  Interment will be at Meadowridge Cemetery.  An additional memorial serivce will be held on July 12, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Pasadena Assembly of God to accomdate those who live out of state or are unable to attend services on Saturday.  Memorial contributions may be made to Pasadena Assembly of God, 206 Pleasantview Ave., Pasadena, MD 21122 or a charity of your choice.
