    Carroll E. Miller, Sr., 84, a 32 year resident of Anne Arundel County and formerly of Baltimore died on April 17, 2012 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

    He was born on February 17, 1928 in Rocky Ridge, MD to the late Elmer and Hazel Miller.

    Mr. Miller served in the US Navy during the Korean War.  He retired from W.R. Grace with over 45 years of service. After retirement he sold tools at Brumwells Flea Market.

    He was a member of the American Legion #195 in Baltimore, VFW #2462 where he called Bingo on Fridays, Pasadena Senior Group, and he volunteered at the BWMC Wound Center.

    His hobbies included CB radio he was known as KAAF1234 the Wig Wag, golfing, and traveling to FL for the winter from the mid 1980's until 2005.

    Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Ethel J. Miller, his previous wife and mother of his children; Bette Lejsiak, his brother Charles Miller, and his sisters; Patricia Carter, Betty Gross and Jane Youngblood.

    He is survived by his companion Julie Erbe of Pasadena, his children Carroll Miller, Jr. , Dana Miller, Susan Hobbs, and Karen Furrow all of Pasadena, his step children Guy Furrow, David Furrow, Richard Furrow, Robert Furrow all of Pasadena, and Patty Arnold of VA, his sisters Martha Taylor of FL, and Linda Fabula of Brooklyn, 14 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.

    Friends may call on Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, PA where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment Glen Haven Cemetery.
