  • Charles S. Kerfoot, 72, a resident of Pasadena for 35 years died on October 26, 2012 at the Mandrin House in Harwood, MD.
    He was born on January 2, 1940 in Los Angeles, California to the late Leland B. and Anna F. Kerfoot.
    Mr. Kerfoot served in the US Air Force from 1957 until 1962.
    Mr. Kerfoot worked as an electrical engineer for Westinghouse and retired after 29 years of service.
    He was a member of Faith Baptist Church, the Stoney Creek Hunting and Fishing Club where he was treasurer, and the Elks Lodge #2266.
    His enjoyed all outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, crabbing, boating, skiing, and scuba diving. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and watching football.
    Mr. Kerfoot is survived by his wife of 35 years, Gail P. Kerfoot, his daughters; Terralene “Terri” Stewart of Severna Park, Kimberlie Kerfoot of Crownsville, and Lisa Kerfoot of Anchorage, AL, his step-sons Maynard Gerbrick of Parkville, MD and William Gerbrick of Gambrills, his sister the late Mary “Molly” Fothergill, and 10 grandchildren.
    A Memorial Service will be held at Faith Baptist Church on October 31, 2012 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Hospice of the Chesapeake at Hospice of the Chesapeake Philanthropy Department, 445 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401 or online at http://www.hospicechesapeake.org/support-donate
